Here's a simple wallet pattern! (I LOVE YOUR TUTORIAL FOR THE WALLET!🫶🥰) ### Materials - Yarn: Medium weight (worsted) yarn in your choice of color - Crochet hook: Size appropriate for your yarn (usually G/4.0mm or H/5.0mm for worsted weight) - Scissors - Yarn needle (for weaving in ends) ### Stitches and Abbreviations - **ch**: chain - **sc**: single crochet - **sl st**: slip stitch - **st(s)**: stitch(es) ### Pattern #### Base and Body 1. **Foundation Chain:** Ch 40 (or adjust based on desired wallet width). 2. **Row 1:** Sc in the second ch from the hook and in each ch across. Turn. (39 sc) 3. **Row 2:** Ch 1, sc in each st across. Turn. (39 sc) 4. **Repeat Row 2** until the piece measures approximately 9 inches (or your desired height). This creates a long rectangle that will be folded to form the wallet. #### Folding and Sides 1. **Fold the Rectangle:** Lay your rectangle flat. Fold the bottom up to create a pocket, leaving a flap at the top for closing the wallet. The pocket section should be approximately 3.5 inches, leaving about 2 inches for the flap. 2. **Side Seams:** Starting from one side of the fold, sc through both layers (front and back) along the edge to join them together.
